Jay received his real estate license in 2004 after graduating from Ohio University with a degree in Finance and Business Pre-Law. Jay specializes in 1031 Tax Free Exchanges, investment properties, new builds and land development/sales. Additionally, Jay also has developed, designed, and maintained this website.
In his spare time, Jay enjoys fly fishing in the Great Smoky Mountains, hiking the various trails throughout East Tennessee, photography, and spending time with his wonderful girlfriend, Brooke.
