I love using Excel for things, so I decided to create a spreadsheet of all residential sales in Sevier County from month to month since January 2006 (the earliest reliable data our local Board Of Realtors has online). After pulling up all of the volume, number of sales, and averages each month and entering it into the Spreadsheet, I created a graph to give a visualization of the data. The trend is quite apparent as you can see below:

I think the pictures/graphs pretty much tell the story, so I will make this blog very short.
