Although Jay is capable and knowledgeable of the entire Sevier, Blount, and Cocke County areas his expertise includes the cities of Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and Pittman Center,. The communities of Wears Valley, Walden's Creek, Walland, Bluff Mountain, Boyds Creek, Cobbly Nob, Jones Cove, and New Center TN are also areas where Jay specializes.

Jay has over ten years experience selling real estate and is a member of the Great Smoky Mountains Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. His philosophy in real estate is to find the best value for his clients and develop long lasting relationships with them. Jay is very driven to assist his clients in any manner possible, striving to find the perfect real estate match to fit their needs.

Jay resides in the beautiful Waldens Creek area after living in Wears Valley, Boyds Creek, and Kodak. He enjoys hiking, fishing, and anything involving cabins, homes, cabin rentals or land. The real estate business must be in his blood - as his parents are both successful Realtors. Jim, his dad, has been in real estate for over 30 years, and his mom, for over 20!

Jay, a graduate from Ohio University's College of Business, majored in Finance and Business Pre-Law. He uses these skills obtained to analyze cabin investments, and other rental properties for clients. Jay has also been a licensed General Contractor in TN and has built several cabins in the Smoky Mountains. Although Jay's license is still in place, Jay no longer actively builds cabins. His focus has changed to strictly real estate sales.
